The company

Created in 2015 by Fabien Prues, i2S Aménagements is an industrial SME specializing in thermal insulation and the fitting out of food premises. From its head office in Gimont, in Occitanie, the company serves a clientele of restaurateurs, caterers, food professionals and winegrowers throughout France. Recognized for providing quality technical solutions, from project design to installation of its products, i2S has reaped the benefits of an ambitious internal structuring strategy initiated in 2017. As a result, the company has invested heavily in the development of its back office, in particular a CRM integrating the different stages of each project, as well as the creation of new infrastructures.

The operation

After discussion with Fabien Prues, the Ama Partners team identified priorities and provided him with a timetable for the acquisition process.

The company ISODOC was identified by Ama Partners. Founded in 1994, the company does the same business as i2S and is in the same territory. All these similarities will allow I2S to achieve its objective thanks to this external growth: to become a key player in insulation and the cold chain.
